Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and materials to engage students and meet diverse learning needs.
• Observe and assess student progress; maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school leadership to support each child’s growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and classroom activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
