ADMIN / IMPORT & EXPORT OPERATION ASSISTANT / PORT RUNNER

Position : Admin

  • Follow up on the import manifest status.
  • Assist Head Of Department to follow up the task.
  • Issue invoice to customer using accounting software : AUTOCOUNT .
  • Follow up the account receivable status.
  • Daily update listing and prepare report to HOD.
  • Customer service, reply to customer’s message via Whatsapp / Wechat / Gmail.

Position : Import / Export Operation Assistant

  • Daily update listing and prepare report to HOD.
  • Customer service, reply to customer’s message via Whatsapp / Wechat / Gmail.
  • Check the declaration document.
  • Key in all declaration items in the customs system (Declaration system : Wynet ).
  • Follow up on shipment declarations before ETA (for import shipments) and before closing time (for export shipments).
  • Follow up on the customs clearance status.
  • Able to stand by 24 hours.

    • Position : Port Runner

  • Able to stand by 24 hours.
  • Update custom clearance status to HOD via Whatsapp and phone call.
  • Container examines in Westport or Northport.

    • Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Hour : Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Sat (9am-1pm), Lunch Time (1pm-2pm).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin (customer base from China).
