Production Planner / Material Planner

Responsible for optimizing and monitoring raw material inventory levels, managing forecast and measuring vendor performance. Managing the overall production control activities on forecast fulfillment, demand and output commitment, OTD and cycle time that meets the goals of the company and expectation of customer.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall planning of assigned customers scheduling orders, deliveries and ensuring customers delivery requirements are achieved.
• Review, analyze and optimize customers’ forecast / demand vs actual loading trend.
• Ensure customer requirements / special instructions are documented and meeting specification.
• Driving production for shorter cycle time and OTD performance. Provide accurate customers’ reports in timely manner.
• Communicate status of products with ASE Sales / customers in timely manner.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and provide revised schedules to customer after internal review.

Material

Qualification & Experience

Degree in related discipline or Diploma with 3 years related working experience. Preferable experience in related industry - Semiconductor / Manufacturing.
