Position Title : Key Account Manager
Industry : ICT solution provider (cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and data server technologies)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team, enhancing performance to exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling through strategic account planning.
- Gain deep product and solution knowledge to communicate value effectively to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Evaluate and improve team performance through regular assessments and constructive feedback.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.Minimum 2 years' experience in account management (ICT industry experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking, and Data Server solutions is a plus).Strong track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Malay, and Chinese.Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of Cloud & Security solutions will be an advantage.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
