Penerangan pekerjaanDesign graphics for ads, promotions, and campaigns Create photo and video content (short-form reels, lifestyle shots, product highlights) Edit photos and videos into professional, engaging posts Ensure every content piece has a strong message and story Prepare content packs (visuals + captions) that affiliates / referrers can share easily Make content mobile-friendly and ready-to-post Continuously improve affiliate content to help them promote better Set up promotions, bundles, and discounts on Shopline / website Ensure promotion visuals, copy, and mechanics are aligned Work with marketing team to test and launch promotions smoothly Follow up to ensure promotions are live and correct on all platforms Keep researching new design trends, ad formats, and content styles Learn from other brands and industries to bring fresh ideas Stay updated with the latest tools, apps, and social media features Take initiative to propose new content directions without waiting for instructions Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Design, Graphic design, Marketing, Advertising / Media or relevant fields. At least 2 or 3 years experience in multimedia design. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop). Experience in marketing / creative agency will be an advantage. Possesses a strong sense of creativity and is able to visualize based on briefs. Capable of proactively proposing creative ideas and design solutions when given a concept or direction.
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Content Designer who can think, plan, and create impactful content — not just design.
Your mission is to create ads, brand storytelling, and affiliate / referrer content, while also handling promotion setup on systems.
Content Planning & Strategy
- Plan and propose content ideas for ads, promotions, and campaigns
- Develop creative stories that connect with customers in a simple, attractive, shareable way
- Match the right promotion type with the right campaign content
- Think from the customer's perspective : "Would I share this?"
