Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker) located in UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professional phone etiquette
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional service to Mandarin-speaking customers and enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Minimum education requirement is SPM
