Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker) located in UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professional phone etiquette
Respond to and resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional service to Mandarin-speaking customers and enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications

Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus

Minimum education requirement is SPM
