Build and lead Drama Byte’s content-to-commerce engine across our website and major marketplaces via affiliate models (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Affiliate, Involve Asia / ACCESSTRADE). You’ll pick winning items, run campaigns, and secure brand collaborations that turn audiences into revenue, without running warehouse / returns ops.
Key Responsibilities
- Own affiliate growth KPIs : GMV (affiliate-attributed), Clicks, CTR, CVR, EPC, ROAS, CAC.
- Create quarterly commercial plans : assortment themes, promo calendar, creator / live calendar.
- Build curated collections, bundles, and “editor’s picks” aligned to content and seasonal moments.
- Maintain offer hygiene (valid vouchers, stock status, price competitiveness) with partners.
- Run day-to-day on Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Affiliate and affiliate networks (e.g., Involve Asia) : approvals, deeplinks, storefronts, coupon mapping.
- Plan and launch payday / mega campaigns (3.3 / 6.6 / 9.9 / 11.11 / 12.12) and topical pushes tied to our dramas.
- Collaborate with creators / hosts for live selling segments and short-form videos (affiliate links first).
Traffic, Analytics & Attribution
Coordinate with Ads team on Google / TikTok amplification to compliant affiliate landers.Build clean tracking : UTM standards, GA4, s2s / postback where available, and link QA.Deliver weekly dashboards + post-mortems with clear actions (scale, fix, kill).Brand Partnerships & Collabs
Pitch and negotiate with brands / distributors for exclusives, higher commission tiers, co-op budgets, sponsored lives.Manage partner SLAs and joint business reviews; keep a tidy pipeline in CRM.Governance & SOPs
Enforce platform and disclosure rules (#ad), coupon governance, and creative approvals.Standardize SOPs for listing / link QC, campaign setup, and post-campaign reconciliation.Lead a small pod (Affiliate Ops Exec, Editor, Live Host / Producer as needed).Set targets, cadences, and playbooks; coach for speed and accuracy.Requirements
3–5 years in e-commerce / affiliate / performance marketing; omnichannel experience preferred.Proven growth across GMV / EPC / ROAS with multi-platform campaigns.Hands‑on with Shopee & Lazada affiliate portals, TikTok Affiliate Center, Involve Asia, GA4, Looker Studio, GTM / UTM, and Excel / Sheets.Sharp merchandising judgment; can spot winners early and sunset losers fast.Strong negotiation and partner management; confident presenter.Experience with TikTok, Facebook / IG and live selling (as traffic drivers) is a strong advantage.Languages : English & BM; Mandarin is an advantage.Willing to work weekends and night shifts when required.Organized, data‑driven, and comfortable running multiple launches in parallel.What You’ll Get
