About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join the team at HERO 99 SDN. BHD., company in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting management role, preferably within the Accounting industry
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
