Export Sales Support

  • In charge of marketing activities include visiting the customers and study the market situation upon requested to ensure to achieve export sales target.
  • Introduce & promote company products to further expand sales & new countries.

Export Sales Operation

  • Monitor the sales operation of export retail products to ensure to meet customer delivery dateline and collection of outstanding payment.
  • Reviewed accounts receivable aging report to ensure the payment receive on time.
  • Monitoring of Sales Progress & Expenses

  • Prepare accurate monthly sales report and stock movement reports of exporting countries to prevent out of stock and high stock situation.
  • Strictly monitor & ensure all expense reports are updated accurately.
  • Trade Relationship

  • Respond to export customers enquiry accurately and efficiently to build trusted relationship with the distributors & potential customers.
  • Supply Chain Management

  • Support in SCM & PSI Project for maximize customers' value and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage by develop and run the supply chains most effective & efficient ways possible.
  • Brand Awareness & Consumer Knowledge

  • Enhance the brand awareness in exporting countries through social media & marketing activities.
  • Increase the public interest and product usage knowledge of the consumers by preparing useful promotional kits & promotional activities.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.

    Requirement for Export Sales & Marketing Executive

  • Passionate and results-driven in Sales & Marketing, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes (both locally and internationally).
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Experience in international sales / market development will be an added advantage.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training and development opportunities will be provided.
  • Multilingual skills or exposure to international cultures will be considered a plus.
