Job Title : Senior Back-End Developer

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain server-side logic and database components of the software solution.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers and solution architects to design and implement APIs and data models.
3. Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient code and database design.
4. Ensure security and compliance of back-end systems with relevant standards and regulations.
5. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.

Key KPIs / SLAs

1. Timely delivery of back-end components and features.

2. Code quality and maintainability of back-end systems.

3. Performance and scalability of back-end infrastructure.

4. Security compliance of back-end systems.

5. Effectiveness of mentorship and support provided to junior developers.

Desired Skills, Experience, Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

2. Extensive experience in back-end development using relevant technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).

3. Proficiency in database design and optimization.

4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

5. Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture preferred.
