Responsibilities

  • Responsible as a primary point of contact by fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing real estate agents and agencies.
  • Onboard new agents and agencies by explaining company policies, procedures, and expectations, including project briefing / update.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to agencies in their property sales efforts including inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure effective communication between agencies and the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of agencies' contracts, agreements & commission structures.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documents.
  • Assist in processing commission payments & incentive programs.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in relevant fields.
  • Possess at least 4 years’ experience in property sales & marketing, with experience as Real Estate Negotiator is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication / presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess strong influence and negotiation skills.
  • Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • General knowledge and understanding in regulations and guidelines relating to property industry.
  • Self-motivated and creative.
