Junior Linux / Middleware QA Engineer Our client is a leading bank with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. Execute manual test cases and scenarios validating middleware applications and environments on Kafka, WebLogic, MQ, and JBoss running on Linux (RHEL). Validate configurations, deployments, cluster setups, and middleware functionalities to ensure compliance with requirements. Identify, document, and report defects or issues found during manual testing. Collaborate with build engineers, middleware administrators, and developers to understand middleware environment setup and workflows. Support testing across middleware platforms (Kafka, WebLogic) running in Unix / Linux environments. Verify and validate SQL queries and database transactions on Oracle and MySQL during middleware testing. Document test results, produce test reports, and maintain QA documentation. Participate in reviewing environment setup processes and scripts to identify potential quality issues. Contribute to continuous process improvements in QA and middleware deployment practices. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint reviews and defect triage meetings. Mandatory Skills

3-5 years of experience in manual QA / testing in middleware or Linux environments. Strong understanding and mandatory experience with Kafka, WebLogic, and Linux / RHEL platform. Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and defect tracking. Solid knowledge of Unix / Linux OS, shell commands, and basic scripting. Basic SQL skills for database validation in Oracle and MySQL. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with build engineering and infrastructure teams. Nice-to-Have Skills
