The Role

We are seeking a Solution Architect with a strong background in Java-based enterprise applications and a forward-looking approach to modern software engineering. In this role, you’ll design scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures that leverage the latest AI-driven development tools to accelerate delivery and quality.

You’ll be working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers—bridging business requirements with technical delivery, and championing the adoption of AI-powered solutions across the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into robust, scalable solution designs.
• Define end-to-end architectures covering workflows, integrations, and data models, ensuring modularity and future adaptability.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, OpenAI APIs) to accelerate design, development, and testing.
• Lead workshops with business analysts and product owners to validate functional requirements and demonstrate AI-assisted methodologies.
• Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with solution blueprints and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers on technical scope, delivery strategies, and timelines.
• Promote the use of automated testing frameworks and AI-enhanced QA tools for efficient validation.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
