Reliability Engineer (R&D)

Penerangan pekerjaanEducation : Bachelor 0or Master a000Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Material Engineering (CGPA 3.0 / Second Upper and above). Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of mechanical functionality, particularly in structural integrity or acoustics. Fundamental Expertise : Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and thermodynamics / sound concepts. Analytical & Leadership Skills : Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic planning. Bonus Skills : IT / Big Data knowledge is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily test operations, including equipment setup, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
- Collaborate with designers to conduct tests and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Manage test room operations, including manpower allocation and customer testing requests.
- Continuously improve test methods and system management for enhanced efficiency.
- Interpret test results and generate reports based on customer requirements.
- Analyze and finalize test outcomes for approval while ensuring data accuracy.
- Supervise validation work performed by technicians.
- Troubleshoot abnormalities and failures in test units.
- Conduct inspections and verifications for incoming equipment, purchased items, and services.
- Participate in Proficiency Tests (PT) and Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) programs.
- Calculate Measurement Uncertainty (MU) and incorporate results into test reports.
- Ensure all testing adheres to ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
