JOB DESCRIPTIONS
To assist Marketing team to design and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Support content creation for social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials.
To assist in planning and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
Help to work with external creative agencies to develop packaging designs, POSM, and other marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
To assist in ensure all related documents and reports are updated.
Accomplish operation and organization missions by completing related task assigned by the Management or reporting officer.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
Record and track customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
10. Work closely with the operations team to ensure customers' requests and reservations are handled smoothly.
11. Ensure all communication is optimized.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field with at least 2 years of Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative and innovative mindset.
Good English written and verbal communication skills.
