SALES EXECUTIVE (Engineering Product Compliance Specialist)

Full-time

Promote and sell Electrical & Electronics Safety & EMC / RF testing services.

Advise clients on product compliance requirements.

Follow up on customer inquiries and close deals to meet monthly sales targets / KPIs.

Achieve or exceed monthly proposal / quotation targets.

Meet sales targets set by the business line.

Coordinate sample collection, customer visits, meetings, trainings, seminars, etc.

Follow SGS global and local procedures.

Provide customer care activities to ensure satisfaction and report improvements.

Adhere to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and standards.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Currently seeking sales candidates for central and northern regions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

Fresh graduates with a good attitude and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Customer-focused with adaptability to different customer personalities.

Excellent communication skills, including telephone manners.

Proven team player with the ability to work independently.

Logical problem-solving approach.

Languages : Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Willing to travel and own transportation; valid driving license and transport allowance provided.
