Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal or corporate compliance (experience in fintech or financial services is an advantage). Strong understanding of contract law, company law, and regulatory compliance . Excellent command of English and Mandarin (to handle international documentation and communication).
Overview
Our client is a global fintech company providing innovative payment gateway and cross-border payment solutions for businesses worldwide. They are seeking a Legal Executive to support their business compliance and legal operations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and internal departments.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and government authorities on legal and compliance matters.
- Support corporate governance activities , including preparation of board resolutions and statutory documents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and compliance frameworks .
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and filing systems .
- Monitor updates on regulatory requirements related to financial services, fintech, and payment systems.
