General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our organization. The General Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing departmental functions, and ensuring that company goals and objectives are met efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, decision‑making, and financial management skills to drive growth, improve operational performance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also manage budgets, lead teams, and maintain effective communication across all levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic business plans and goals to drive growth.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor departmental managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align business strategies and goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt business strategies.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of business operations.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires interaction with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
