Area sales managers are responsible for tracking, recording, and monitoring. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales programs that maximize sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts, overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.

Job Scope

  • Developing and maintaining BM, Developer and Channel Partners relationships
  • Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading and developing
  • Developing, implementing sales, identify sales opportunity and marketing plans to drive sales
  • Monitor planned sales & marketing activities, ensure execution are carried out and achieved business objectives
  • Manage and ensure complaints, issues and support raised by Building Managers are attended to / channel to internal TIME stakeholders and resolved according
  • Managing and enhancing relationships with existing partners
  • Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in promotional materials and activities
  • Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports

    • Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly committed, motivated and have good team spirit
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to work under pressure and ad hoc duties
  • Able to travel
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
