Group Financial Reporting Analyst (JB)

Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes across the group. Conduct performance evaluations and provide insights to management. Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks. Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits. Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure accurate consolidation eliminations. Prepare and distribute financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Variance Analysis). Collaborate with tax specialists on tax compliance, planning, and documentation. Support additional tasks as assigned by management. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounting, or consolidation. Prior experience in group accounting or consolidation roles is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with expertise in variance analysis, forecasting, and financial ratios. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail, particularly in preparing accurate statements and reconciling intercompany transactions. Mandarin-speaking is preferred to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and group companies. Accounting / Auditing and Finance Mid-Senior level
