Position : Finance Analyst

Location : Jln Profesor Diraja Ungku Aziz, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Contract Duration : 12 months via PERSOL (Renewable based on performance)

Salary : RM5,500 – RM8,000 (based on experience and qualification) + statutory contribution, leave entitlement, and medical coverage

Job Description : Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support operational finance activities and serve as the primary point of contact for the BPO on finance-related matters. This role ensures smooth delivery of finance processes while contributing to financial strategy, business partnering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with BPO to ensure seamless delivery of finance processes (P2P, O2C, A2R).
• Oversee and review BPO deliverables : accounts payable, receivable, collections, billing, reconciliations, period-end closing, tax, fixed assets, payroll.
• Prepare management reports and variance analyses for review meetings.
• Provide business leaders with timely insights on risks, opportunities, and financial impacts.
• Forecast P&L, cash flow, and collections; manage treasury, bank accounts, and FX data.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting in compliance with local regulations.
• Support budgeting, performance monitoring, and financial improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to corporate finance projects, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
