Business System Analyst - Asia

The position is primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of Crown Information Management’s line of business applications, business intelligence and client facing solutions. The role also follows relevant processes and actively participates in the delivery of the highest quality, standardized operational processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• In depth knowledge of Crown Information Management’s key systems.
• Assistance in the global rollout of Information Management solutions.
• Monitoring & controlling project-based initiatives.
• Assisting in development of e-learning courses and development of procedural and workflow documentation.
• Assisting in R&D on new system development.
• Monitor and report exceptions to RMS processes to RMS support in Holdings.
• Meeting planning and coordination.
• Staff training.
• Day to day support.
• Business intelligence creation and maintenance.
• Innovative approaches to creating solutions and contribution of new ideas to the team.
• Co-ordination with other teams as needed and the sharing of technical skills.
• QA & UAT planning & coordination.
