Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition activities that includes sourcing, talent attraction, interviewing and offering process for assigned portfolios.
Familiar with various recruitment channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, colleges, and keep abreast of latest recruitment methodology.
Perform sourcing to engage and attract the talents to fill open positions.
Partner with diverse levels of hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring approach.
Conduct thorough interviews and phone screens to assess professional skills and culture fit.
Build a positive candidate experience at every juncture of the hiring process.
Contribute towards organization's employer branding and university engagement initiatives.
Organize and / or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Plan and execute any ad-hoc human resources or talent acquisition projects as and when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
At least 3–5 years of hands-on sourcing and recruitment experience, preferably within the retail, fashion or lifestyle sectors.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Seek, job boards).
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
Strong verbal, written, and presentational communication skills will be a plus.
Able to work independently as part of a small team and able to deal with ambiguity.
Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
