They are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Director to oversee distributor management and be accountable for driving sustainable growth, profitability, and brand equity. You\'ll manage a commercial team of 2-3 people, ensuring strong execution of sales and marketing strategies across channels.
Job Description
Define and lead the sales and marketing strategy to deliver on company growth objectives and market expansion.Manage and strengthen distributor partnerships, ensuring alignment on sales targets, trade marketing execution, and in-market performance.Lead annual business planning, including sales forecasting, promotional planning, and budget management.Oversee marketing activities to drive brand visibility, shopper engagement, and category leadership.Provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership to a commercial team of 2-3, building capabilities and driving performance.Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, assess competitor activities, and adapt strategies for competitive advantage.Drive pricing, promotions, and channel strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.Represent the commercial function in management discussions and cross-functional alignment.Ensure delivery of KPIs on sales, margins, and distribution expansion.The Successful Applicant
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMore than 10+ years of progressive experience in FMCG sales & marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven expertise in distributor managementStrong P&L management experience with a track record of delivering sustainable business growth.Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capabilities.What\u2019s on Offer
