Lead complex interior design projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring design vision is translated into stunning, functional spaces. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing expertise, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative design environment. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and brand identity, translating them into compelling design concepts. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design techniques to consistently deliver cutting-edge and imperatively designs. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects, including office spaces. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders. About the manager / team
