Provide secretarial and administrative support to the project team.
Prepare, maintain, and organize project documents including correspondence, reports, drawings, meeting minutes, and filing.
Coordinate project schedules, appointments, and meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Assist in tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
Handle document submissions, transmittals, and follow up on approvals.
Support in preparing project-related presentations and reports.
Ensure proper documentation and filing system (both physical and electronic) for project records.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in secretarial / administrative role; experience in construction or interior fit-out industry is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams)
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
