Responsibilities

• Craft and serve expertly prepared espresso‑based beverages, specialty coffees, teas, and custom drinks using high‑quality equipment, while mastering latte art and tailoring each order to delight our customers.
• Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Accurately process transactions via the POS system, handle cash and card payments with precision, and enthusiastically promote and upsell menu items, specials, and merchandise.
• Keep the café spotless by maintaining clean workstations, equipment, tables, and floors, following daily and deep cleaning schedules, and upholding health, safety, and food‑safety standards.
• Keep track of inventory, restock supplies, notify the manager of low stock, and help with deliveries.
