HR&Admin Manager

The HR & Admin is responsible for overseeing all human resource and administrative functions within the organization. This role ensures smooth operations related to recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, office administration, and organizational development. The manager plays a strategic role in aligning HR practices with business goals and fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources :

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisal, and exit.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and internal communication strategies.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and data confidentiality.
• Experience in audit such as SMETA & CSR.
