Guide Students : Develop and adjust personalized learning plans. Support students with academic challenges and keep them motivated. Track Progress : Monitor student performance, give constructive feedback, and provide improvement suggestions. Collaborate Across Teams : Work with internal departments to ensure students stay on track, reduce refund rates, and help boost renewals and referrals. Requirements
- Diploma or higher; Bachelor's in Education, TESOL, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related fields is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both spoken and written).

- Prior experience in online education, customer service, or children's education is a plus.
- Able to start immediately.
