TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Operate post-press machines such as binding, folding, trimming, and packaging according to job specifications.
• Set up and calibrate post-press equipment to ensure smooth operation and quality output.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of post-press equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the printing, planning, and quality control teams to ensure production schedules are met.
• Record job completion details and report any issues or delays to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating machines and handling materials.
