Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and relevant factory departments to establish and certify new products / processes / equipment.
  • Apply knowledge of 8D methodology, FMEA, and SPC to address quality issues.
  • Regularly communicate to understand customer requirements for factory continuous improvement objectives.
  • Provide timely responses and clarify or resolve technical issues with customers.
  • Timely tracking of sample qualification with customers.
  • Communicate customer technical and quality requirements to the factory for continual improvement.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of 8D methodology, FMEA, and SPC tools to address quality issues.
