Key responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing / reviewing related documents of the contract management
- Prepare progress payment certificate for contractor and consultant
- To carry out site valuation and measurement as and when required
- Checking of claim submitted by contractors, consultants, supplier etc.
- To prepare the variation order for the contractor and consultant
- To prepare and submit progress claim to client
- Liaise and coordinate with consultant and contractor to ensure project are completed on time, within budget and acceptable standard
- To source and prepare a list of sub-contractor / supplier for quotation exercise.
- Assist in pre-tender process including but not limited checking tender documents, attend Tender Committee Meeting and subsequently prepare minutes of meeting, etc.
- To handle correspondences with Client, Consultants and other related parties
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey with at least 8 years of work experiences in related industries and disciplineDynamic with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsComputer literate and good report writing skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsExposed to working with big costing database and able to meet tight deadlineJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
