Job Description
- To perform taking-off from architectural / structural drawings for quotation preparation
- To attend to task assigned for from time to time pre- and post-contract
- Follow up on the pre- and post-contract of projects assigned.
- Evaluate work progress at site (ongoing project) for preparation of monthly claim.
- Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
- Co-ordinate the procurement of materials and enquiries to suppliers for the projects and ensuring expenses within budget.
- Monitor closely the project costs and present project cost reports on a periodically.
- To prepare and submit project progressive claim and subcon & wages claims.
- Finalization of project final account.
