What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
The Remarketing Sales Operations Support plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of CompAsia’s B2B remarketing sales processes. This position supports the Head of Remarketing Sales and the Team Leader of Remarketing Sales Operations in managing dealer bid batches, calculating gross profit outcomes, preparing pricing submissions, and ensuring operational accuracy across all remarketing activities. This individual will act as the operational backbone of the remarketing sales function coordinating between sales, inventory, finance, and system development teams to ensure high-quality execution and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare and manage weekly dealer bid batches, ensuring all device details (model, capacity, grade, and quantity) are accurately listed.
- Consolidate dealer submissions, verify bid entries, and calculate winning bids and corresponding GP margins.
- Coordinate with the remarketing sales team to validate pricing and finalize deal closures.
- Maintain transparent and auditable bid documentation for management review.
- Support pricing reviews by comparing market pricing, dealer offers, and internal benchmarks.
- Work with Team Lead of Remarketing Sales Operations & Head of Remarketing Sales to propose pricing adjustments and maximize GP.
- Track sales margin trends and identify deviations or pricing inefficiencies
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare and update weekly remarketing performance reports, including revenue, GP, and dealer participation rates.Track bid-to-sale conversion rates and highlight exceptions or underperforming models.Maintain accurate records of transaction data for audit and finance reconciliation.Project Support Bidding Portal & Funding Society
Actively participate in the Remarketing Bidding Portal development project, providing operational feedback and user testing input.Collaborate with IT and product teams to improve process automation and data accuracy.Support any project initiative, tracking dealer onboarding, utilization, and credit allocation for smoother financing flowCross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with the inventory, finance, and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock allocation and shipment readiness.Communicate with dealers on bid outcomes, payment timelines, and collection coordination.Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and approval workflowsWhat Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, trading coordination, or commercial support (preferably in electronics, telco, or B2B environment).Strong Excel, analytical, and data management skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight timelines.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
