The Role
- Leading and coordinating resources from all operations departments include Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Kitchen, Engineering and Security Department to supports guests needs.
- Fulfill Operations KPIs including but not limited to guest satisfaction scores from various platforms, net promoter score (NPS), GHA enrollment targets, food safety and hygiene compliance.
- Responsible to drive the F&B outlets' promotion, festive celebrations and revenue.
- Decision making in terms of guests' request, events, bookings and adhoc tasks.
Talent Profile
Experience
At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in a 5-star hotel or similar environmentOversight of hotel operations, with a strong background in either Rooms or Food & Beverage, including a proven track record in managing financials and revenue generationGood understanding of local market strategies and revenue managementEducation
Diploma from a recognized hospitality / tertiary institution and / or have gained 10 years of senior management experience in hotel industry.Competencies
