Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Deputy Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, presentations, and interviews.
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and coordinate meeting arrangements.
  • Organize and distribute official memorandums and correspondence.
  • Coordinate official travel arrangements including flights, visas, passports, and travel guides.
  • Track incoming tasks, monitor deadlines, and maintain a list of outstanding work.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, binding, typing, and dispatching documents.
  • Maintain the department's calendar, including staff leave, training, and event schedules.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office, especially within the assigned section.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Secretarial Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Minimum CGPA 3.0
  • Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Familiarity with central banking operations, project and knowledge management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, email, internet research, and mind mapping tools.
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of risk management and presentation techniques.
