Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Deputy Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, presentations, and interviews.
Handle incoming calls, take messages, and coordinate meeting arrangements.
Organize and distribute official memorandums and correspondence.
Coordinate official travel arrangements including flights, visas, passports, and travel guides.
Track incoming tasks, monitor deadlines, and maintain a list of outstanding work.
Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, binding, typing, and dispatching documents.
Maintain the department's calendar, including staff leave, training, and event schedules.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office, especially within the assigned section.
Qualifications
Diploma in Secretarial Science or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Minimum CGPA 3.0
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Familiarity with central banking operations, project and knowledge management.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, email, internet research, and mind mapping tools.
Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Understanding of risk management and presentation techniques.
