JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Familiar in AR & AP procedure
  • Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations
  • Processing of sales invoices
  • Prepare of electronic fund transfer and payment to vendor
  • Investigation of discrepancies and errors
  • Work closely with different departments as part of the process
  • Perform ad-hoc work assigned by the management

REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional / Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalents.
  • Knowledge of Excel and accounting system software
  • Meticulous, responsible, good initiatives, and a team player
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work within timeframes set
