Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Professional / Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalents. Knowledge of Excel and accounting system software Meticulous, responsible, good initiatives, and a team player Able to communicate in Mandarin and English Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work within timeframes set
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle full set of accounts
- Familiar in AR & AP procedure
- Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Processing of sales invoices
- Prepare of electronic fund transfer and payment to vendor
- Investigation of discrepancies and errors
- Work closely with different departments as part of the process
- Perform ad-hoc work assigned by the management
