Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in line with company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Plan and execute training and development programs.
- Lead HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and succession planning.
- Provide HR insights and reports to senior management for decision-making.
