We are seeking a passionate Aircon Corporate Sales Lead in PRISM+ Malaysia. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who accelerate growth in our corporate segment while providing network to strategic projects. This driven and ambitious individual will be overseeing and maximizing sales of the company through the corporate sales channel.

The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ Malaysia and will report directly to the Country Director.
Responsibilities of an Aircon Corporate Sales Lead but are not limited to
- Handle corporate customer enquiries related to air conditioning products and services, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all customer needs.
- Oversee and manage corporate customer purchases and ensuring smooth transactions from order to fulfillment.
- Actively seek and attain new corporate customers by identifying potential leads, reaching out to decision-makers, and converting inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new corporate customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and maintain reports on customer payment history, sales performance, and sales summaries.
- Track the progress of sales targets and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential opportunities for sales growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure the successful fulfillment of corporate orders.
- Address and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise with corporate customers, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant course of studiesMinimum of 1 year of experience in the electronic (hardware or software) industry (gaming, mobile gaming, interactive entertainment preferred)Minimum one year of handling corporate level projects and conducting corporate sellingPrior experience working as a system integrator or with system integratorsExisting connections with corporate clientsExperience managing corporate sales enquiriesMinimum 3 year of handling corporate level Aircon projects and conducting corporate sellingData-driven with ability to analyze data for stocks forecastingAbility to use excel skills is a mustCommunication and people skillsPassionate in engaging customers and providing excellent serviceStrong English proficiency with ability to engage C-Level clientsBenefits
