This project will be for our client who is a leading healthcare organization in Singapore with a team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest standard of quality care and services. We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Executive / Admin to join our team. You will provide support to a team of Key Account Managers and respond to customer and prospect queries. Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers and coordinate completion of customer requests, including preparation of proposals, pricing requests, execution, and follow-up.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and statistics for internal and customer meetings.
- Act as the focal point of contact in the absence of Account Managers.
- Exercise versatility within a team to offer healthcare solutions.
- Able to upsell to contribute to revenue objectives.
- Manage relationships with customers to effectively attain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle feedback and manage resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve inter‑departmental work processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with at least one (1) year of work experience or Diploma holder with at least three (3) years of sales support or relevant work experience.Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.Candidate coming from a hospital background / environment will be an advantage.Driven to win as a team with strong passion to excel.Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.Effective interpersonal and communication skills to handle customer feedback and complaints.Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.Candidate must be able to work at our KL office.
