Post Warehouse Assistant (Data Entry)

Responsibilities

• To support all sourcing & procurement processes and procedure in accordance with the company policies and ensuring purchases are correctly categorized and do not exceed monthly budget
• Assisting your Manager to process Purchase Order, liaising with vendors for delivery schedule on a timely basis in accordance with the production plan
• To ensure all items purchased are received in full of good quality and on time. Any discrepancies must be highlighted to the Plant Manager & Supply Chain Manager immediately
• To ensure suppliers meet delivery deadlines and to ensure all related parties are informed about the status of the goods received from time to time
• To ensure all parties follow the company’s purchase / requisition procedure & generate a purchase order on a timely basis when stock levels are running low without exceeding the allocated monthly budget (Inks, Plates, Consumable Items & etc.)
• To ensure all information and records are accurately maintained in particular in the system and to ensure all the requirements for GST are met
• To be involved in stock verification and reconciliation of stock take data on a monthly basis, including on weekends as necessary based on stock reconciliation calendar
• To comply with all company policies, procedures and regulations and take all necessary precautions to ensure product safety and quality is never compromised in the course of carrying out all your duties and tasks
• Analysing processes and implementing measures which will effect continuous improvements to efficiencies and product quality, in accordance with Company’s Quality & Food Safety Policy as well as our Manufacturing Philosophy
• Carrying out all other related tasks as may be required or assigned by your Manager
