Sales Executive / Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Stay up to date with product / service knowledge.
• Clearly communicate features and benefits to clients.
• Meet assigned sales quotas and performance goals within deadlines.
