Position : Sales Coordinator

Salary Package : Basic RM2,000 - RM2,800 + Commission

Gross Salary : RM3,300 - RM4,300

Working Location : Eco Botanic, JB

Company Background : Recruitment Agency

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Working Hours : 9 : 00am - 6 : 30pm

Responsibilities

• Communicate with China partners to understand the job position requirements.
• Actively communicate with the Source Country Agent to source foreign labour that matches the job order.
• Screen and filter applicants before proposing to the client.
• Upload and update the candidate profile in google drive.
• Proactively follow up the hiring status with China partners.
• Follow up the IPA approval status for selected candidate.
• Follow up outstanding payment with collection parties.
• Any ad hoc tasks given by the management team.
