Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop social media content calendars to drive engagement and sales. Coordinate with creative teams for visuals, videos, and product content. Manage influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing partnerships. Optimise product pages for SEO to improve search visibility and organic traffic.-Conduct keyword research and monitor competitors to identify opportunities.-Analyse website and marketplace traffic trends to improve conversions. Run targeted email campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and abandoned carts.-Segment customer lists and personalise messaging to increase engagement and repeat purchases. -Track campaign performance and report results to management. Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, and sales.-Provide weekly / monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.-Use data-driven insights to optimise digital campaigns continuously.
E-Commerce Platform Management-Manage product listings, promotions, and content on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)-Monitor inventory, pricing, and product descriptions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.-Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Paid Digital Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace ads.-Optimise campaigns to achieve maximum ROAS and conversion rates.-Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, generating actionable insights.
