Job Purpose

The Financial Reporting Specialist will support the Singapore region's financial planning and analysis operations within our Shared Service Center. Responsibilities include compiling and analysing financial information, developing revenue / expense analyses, and creating integrated reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial data, deriving key insights and evaluating the company’s financial performance.
• Adhere to internal control frameworks and maintain a tight control environment.
• Collaborate across departments to gather financial data and establish uniform reporting parameters.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide interpretations for decision‑making.
• Prepare presentation materials for board meetings and investor relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory updates.
• Participate in special projects that require financial input or analysis.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Develop ad‑hoc reports and special projects to improve the general ledger function.
• Prepare disclosure for US GAAP / local reporting.
• Act as key contact for statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors and consultants.
