Company Summary
PERTIMA was established on April 15 and is a wholly-owned company of the Terengganu State Economic Development Corporation (PMINT). It was incorporated on March 28, 1972, under the Companies Act 1965, with an initial capital of RM10 million. To date, it has successfully maintained its position as the only canned food production factory where 100% of its employees are Bumiputera / local workers.
General
Directly report to the General Manager.
Lead a monthly meeting of the Department and report it on management meeting.
Ensure the direction and policies set by Top of Management and circulars are observed and implemented.
Head monthly meetings in the Marketing &Sales Department as well as attend meeting management and meeting committee meetings.
Responsible for monitoring staff disciplines under their respective divisions.
Cooperate with others heads deparments
Lead the marketing department and include marketing / sales plan and hold relevant meetings.
Forming the Marketing Division's objectives together with the General Manager includes the preparation of Division budgets, short-term and long-term planning of the Marketing Division.
Responsible for designing, preparing and implementing sales goals by states and types.
Responsible for ensuring the target / budget is achieved.
Responsible for finding new agents throughout the country.
Responsible for the transportation service to deliver goods to destination.
Responsible for ensuring the company's new products are in the market.
Responsible for making price comparisons with competitors
Establish and maintain good relationships with hypermarkets that are involved with the company.
Establish good relations with government agencies such as the Social Welfare Department (JKM), Prisons Department, Hospitals and others.
Create an effective distribution network in every state and consumer sector.
Creating an effective reporting system and feedback.
Design an effective sales strategy in terms of price, discounts and incentives to distributors.
Conducting market research from time to time.
Ensure that the assets of a company such as a van are in good condition.
Receive the company's compliant products.
Find new customers for a company.
Conducting and determining to attend activities / events & promotions to the sale exposures on the run.
Assist effective collection and control of credit.

Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or in related field
At least 5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
