What You Need to Succeed
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)Fluency in English (written and spoken)Mandarin language will be an added advantageFlexibility to work odd hours and on public holidaysStrong attention to detailHigh energy and enthusiasmExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as a teamProficiency in web and electronic toolsStrong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)CRM system experienceSAP knowledge (a plus)Will be working overnight shift (8PM to 5AM, Mon-Fri)Fully working onsite in officeOur Offer to You
